Thermo Primer – improved one component primer for thermoplastic road markings
Now, Geveko Markings is introducing the Thermo Primer – an improved one component primer replacing the PREMARK® Primer. Thermo Primer secures strong bonding between thermoplastic markings and surfaces with little or no bitumen.
With the Thermo Primer you get:
- Faster drying time of the primer, so the application of the markings can be finished faster
- Easier opening of the 4 litre can
- Thermo Primer has less warning symbol. The GHS09: Environmental Hazard and GHS08: Health Hazard are not on the Thermo Primer due to the improved formulation
Thermo Primer is available in 4 litre cans, and will soon be available in 20 litre cans.
Remember always to use primer, when applying thermoplastic markings on surfaces with little or no bitumen. Thermo Primer can be used at old asphalt surfaces with little or less bitumen, concrete surfaces and other surface with no bitumen.
If you are in doubt, then ask your Geveko Markings representative.
