Terms & Conditions for ‘Share your Markings’ Competition

All you must do is follow these three simple steps:

• Upload your images
• Share your contact details with us.

Once submitted, your entries will be reviewed and entered into the prize draw. You will also get a chance to feature in our “Best of 2024 - Project Compilation”, where we showcase the effect horizontal markings have on our daily lives and local communities.

Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is Geveko Markings, whose registered office is at Amager Strandvej 390, 1st floor, 2770 Kastrup, Denmark.
2. The competition is open to all Geveko Markings customers aged 18 years or over.
3. There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. Multiple entries will be accepted for the prize draw and for the chance to be included in the “Best of 2024 - Project Compilation”.
7. The closing date for entry will be 30th September 2024. After this date, no further entries in the competition will be permitted.
8. Geveko Markings is not responsible for entries not received for whatever reason.

10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. If there are any changes to the competition, the promoter will notify entrants as soon as possible.
11. The prize is as stated; no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. Three winners will be chosen among the entrants by a draw held on the 1st of October 2024.
13. Winners will be contacted on 15 October via email by the Marketing Department at Geveko Markings, using the contact details supplied at the time of submission.
14. The promoter’s decision on all matters concerning the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By entering this competition, an entrant indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. Winners agree to the use of his/her name and images in any Geveko Markings material for both printed and digital usage. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
17. Prior to submitting your pictures to the competition, please make sure to gain approval for using the pictures from relevant surface owners.
18. High-resolution jpeg images will be required from those who are successful in being entered into the “Best of 2024 - Project Compilation”.
